Rental period
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24h) with no acceptable length delay, without e-mail confirmation.
Driver’s age and driving license
Minimum age 28 years and maximum 70 years for all car groups. A driving license must be issued at least 1 year before rental starts. Driver must hold a valid European (for EU countries) or International driving license (for countries that don’t belong to the EU).
Additional driver
In a car rental only the driver is covered by all the above insurances. If other drivers are going to drive the rented vehicle they must be declared in the lease contract at the start of the rental period. Required documents are an identity card or passport and a valid driving license.
Vehicle delivery and collection
Delivery and collection to these locations are free: Aktion Airport Preveza(PVK), Ioannina Airport(IOA), Kefalonia island (EFL), Lefkada City, Lefkada – Nikiana, Preveza City, Igoumenitsa port(IGO).
It covers third-party insurance deaths and personal injuries, including renting a car vehicle (excluding up to € 1,000,000 and third-party damage to the amount of € 1,000,000.

The main driver it will pay a security deposit by any Card Credit, Debit or Prepaid when you pick up the car. The deposit will be returned after the rental, as long as all conditions have been met. Limitations
a) The cars are not allowed to be used for: Driving outside the Greek borders, driving off-road, carrying heavy objects, or bad use in general. We keep the right to cancel the duration of the rental if any of these terms are violated. Vehicles returned in bad condition and with extremely dirty interiors (e.g food stains, coffee, etc.) will be charged for special cleaning, strictly forbidden the driving out of asphalt roads.
b) if you are planning to travel – Visit out of the areas who is written at pick up location in the form at the homepage of our website ask before you complete the reservation if is possible to use the car, out of our area service. Because if you do not have the written permission of the company and you are stacked you will need to pay all the costs for the services and probably not provide you services out of the area. Delays & costs

Cancellation Policy
The Deposit (30% as the maximum) is the Guaranty for every reservation we receive. Now consider this amount you will lose if you cancel the reservation (You can change the dates of your reservation in agreement with our reservation department & availability of our cars.). When you do the reservation to complete it you press the button “I have Read, Agree & I Accept the terms & conditions of this agreement”.
“Cancellation Fee 30%” What is a cancellation fee? The cancellation fee is all the working hours we are spent to organize your rental car and be ready with all the conditions we have agreed, So people are working behind the office all the year and that is the reason. We are keeping the right to keep the Guaranty a 30%. That amount covers the working hours and losses from the rental because the vehicle it was not available when other people made a request to rent it.
- Free You can free changes the days of your reservation of course do it early when the same vehicle/car is available, or to change the reservation to another name in agreement with the terms and condition without any extra fee.
| What is not cover? and the amount of renter’s responsibility (Excess)
Damage caused by intent or negligence. If you lost the car keys, the Damage was caused by miniseries of fuel. Damages resulting from breach of the terms of the contract car was on board (Ships trans). Any cover your rental car has will only work if you stick to the rules of the rental agreement. The amount of responsibility includes repair, storage, and loss of car use. If the bodywork gets damaged while you were illegally parked, speeding or drink-driving, for example, your Collision Damage Waiver won’t protect you, and you will be liable for the whole amount.
Note: The amount of responsibility is the amount you will pay if something goes wrong in the rental period regardless of the renter fault, When and if Rent a car is compensated for the damage or theft or damage of its car, then it will return the corresponding amount to the tenant.
In case of an accident – collision the company will automatically charge the rental the first costs of transportation and study for the reconstruction or replacement of the car, any legal dispute will be resolved by the courts of Lefkada regardless of the management of the rental. Traffic violations
The renter assumes full responsibility for traffic violations and pays the respective fines. In case that the renter will not pay the fine, will charge the fine cost plus administrative expenses.
Administrative expenses
In case of an accident, there is a non-refundable fee of 192.00€ in order to cover the administrative expenses. that fee is regardless of renters’ fault. (In order to cover, damage, delays, dirty and general uncleaner cars, )
Car rental guarantee
In order to rent a car, a Credit card is always required (Visa, Master Card, Amex). will charge a part of the responsibility amount (Excess) until the end of the rental period the taxes 24% are not included at the amounts of excess. Without a Credit or Debit Card, no reservation will be accepted. (Note: In the case of damage the excess amount it will keep from the company till the finish of repairs we will refund the rest amount to the renter).
Car Rental without Credit Card.
You can rent a car without a credit card under the conditions you will pay the security deposit from debit or another card and we accept rentals without credit cards, only for the categories A, A1, in the case you will reserve another car category the security payment is double if you not have a credit card. Cash is not accepted. Also, you can send a request about your rental and you can get e-mail confirmation if you would like to rent another car category beyond A, A1.
Payments
All the cards are acceptable you can pay with Visa, Master Card, by cash, or bank transfer. To complete a booking is required a confirmation deposit of 30% of the total amount. Regardless of payment a Credit card or Debit card (Visa, Mastercard.) is required for guarantee. will pre-authorize the liability amount until the end of the rental period. (However, the “SPECIAL OFFER” not includes the banks’ fees). The amount of “securities deposit or Excess” Amount for the repairs does not contain the taxes 24%.
Rental agreement
Upon receipt of the vehicle, a rental agreement is signed and contains the above terms and conditions.
